If I may speak on behalf of the accused...
Firstly it was only alluded to, the accusation was made by someone else ...
On a thread prior to the date in question where the question of your suspension was discussed, Vexed, thought of as a mod at the time, stated it was for the posting of filth.
It has since been learnt that Vexed just made it up, in his routine cunty behaviour.
Secondly, it was only done after several weeks of you making it a personal vendetta to follow the Golden Oldie account around, with him having never once made any comments to you, haranguing them because you disliked the fact they weren't playing along with the covid narrative, asking pertinent questions regarding none of the measures taken to combat a virus made any sense, this made you clearly angry, and you requested on several occasions for the mods to ban them prior to this.
All the while, this 'campaign' to goad and provoke for a period of weeks whiole calling for their suspension was one-sided and humored by him.
This is where it shows a certain deliberate deciet

The accused had no interest in any threads or comments you've ever made and has no recollection of you ever asking about Nessie... who is claimed by drunk Scots to live in Losh Ness, he does recall you stating that no one should read his comments or follow any links, to which the accused once thought "that's a bit rich considering what Vexed has stated you'd done"
Vexed clearly stated it on the thread questioning why you'd been banned.
Vexed made it up, and you seek no recompense from him, just the guy you'd been following around calling for his ban, simply because YOU didn't want a voice speaking about the covid fraud for what it was.
That's the facts of the matter.
And your pearl clutching histrionics won't change that.
To top it off, one MPI, claiming it had no dog in the fight, despite being one of the primary agitators joining in with the feigned outrage and specifically calling for their ban due to their fake outrage.
Where would a flip flop have occured?
Because the accused never made a big deal of it and named them at the time, thinking it was much ado about nothing?
The belief was that Vexed was a moderator, if that's the only out you have then it's only on the grounds many of the presumed mods had let everyone on the board think up till then Vexed was a mod.
That the accused never made a big song and dance about the issue, he's been called the same and worse on here before and thought it pointless naming them is all that happened.

Again, none of this would have mattered (it's just a football forum where throught is limited to what the clique want to be said) were it not for the tacit approval of the current mods to allow someone to impersonate the old user account here, over the last few weeks with the sole aim to defame, and I, Lieutenant Columbo, wouldn't have been called in on the case.
Now if you don't mind, the boys back at the FBI's office have a special pin the donkey competition they want me to judge.
